This year we donate money to the Children’s Cancer Foundation.
Every year 250 – 300 children fall ill with cancer.
Repona have chosen to support the Children’s Cancer Foundation, which has its primary mission to fund research and education in childhood cancer.
We think they do a fantastic job of facilitating the lives of the affected children and their families.

Annual customer event at Repona
On Thursday, 6 November, Repona held its annual customer event. This time we took place in the sacred Magle concert hall to listen to news, interesting projects and trends in the SAP world.
The doors were opened at 15.30 and the room were quickly filled by 70 curious audiences. After a little snack the show could begin and the audiances could start listen to the day’s first lecture on Fiori. Johan Schött, Repona and Tobias Bengtsson, AAK presented the ideas behind Fiori, and why Fiori is a key success factor for companies wishing to be attractive in the future.
Then Hans Lenander, Repona and John Rehn, AAK took place on stage and showed the “Punchout” solution. Despite its name, and the fact that John comes from Karlshamn, the lecture is not about “Carlshamns flaggpunch” but about the integration between SAP purchasing functions and commerce through web-shops in a very simple and appealing way.
Carina Brink Rasmussen, WMD ended the more robust and product-related portion of the lectures by showing and telling how to – with the help of WMDs product xSuite – easily simplify and facilitate invoice processing in SAP. The customer event’s lecture now had a more strategic focus and Hans Montelius, Repona began with a reflection on SAP’s too undeserved reputation to be a limiting factor. Hans raised several practical examples where organizations instead of using SAP as the flexible tool that it is, stopped listening to the needs and forced users and internal organizations to use a preconfigured template that will not work.
Troed Troedson, Paradigm brokers gave the evening’s last lecture and entertained a spellbound audience on the subject Competitivenes. We got the answer to the question of who is Swedish companies and Swedish workforce key competitive advantages going forward. After the lectures took the festivities with good food, quiz and mingle place at Repona’s office. An “Oktoberfest” inspired buffet table was prepared for the guests and no one for sure needed to go from the party hungry. Although the quiz game had elements of food and drink, where both sausages and beer were analyzed and taste-buds capacity were tested to the limit. We would like to thank everyone who came and made the evening a very successful and informative evening.

Repona now in Denmark
Repona has started a subsidiary in Denmark, Repona Aps.
With this new company it will be easier for us to serve customers in Denmark, primarily the Copenhagen area. Denmark has introduced new tax legislation which makes it harder to sell Swedish consultants across the border.
Many Swedish and Danish consulting companies are not aware of this problem and risking fiscal setbacks, says Repona´s CEO Hans Montelius .

Neera Govender new at Repona
We welcome Neera Govender who joined us the 13th of October, 2014. Neera has more than 16 years of SAP experience. Most recently Neera worked at Adecco where she has worked as consultant in various projects.
Neera started working with ABAP programming then progressed into ALE / EDI and Business Workflow (BWF).
Neera is SAP R/3 systems analyst with a technical background, specialising in Business Workflow, EDI, ALE and more recently ( since 2009 ) SAP Netweaver PI .
Repona signs cooperation agreement with WMD
Repona and WMD has today signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of work-flow and document management related to SAP.
WMD has smart and simple solutions that are certified third-party products to SAP. WMD’s products support an automated flow of documents and approval of the various processes in the company. The result is increased efficiency and saved money.
Examples of workflows supported include invoice processing, incoming and outgoing e-invoice, certificate of purchase requisitions and-order, approval of time and costs, etc. What really appeals to us with WMD’s solutions is that they are seamlessly integrated with SAP, affordable and certification ensures future compatibility with SAP.

Repona Roadeshow at VårImpuls 2014
14 of May 2014 had SAPSA its annual SAP event VårImpuls at Malmömässan. A well-attended event where Repona’s booth with the mobile supply chain solution appeared. The booth was very well attended and appreciated.
With own smart phone the customer scanned an QR code, where an order was created to our own warehouse consisting of:

After the order was confirmed in the phone.
Picking orders came automatically to warehouse staff as via hand terminal scanned storage shelf and product, to ensure the correct items were picked.
Delivery note was printed and placed together with delivery bag, and placed in a numbered delivery box.
At the same time the customer received a text message (SMS) that the delivery is ready to pick up in the delivery box.
Finally the customer got their bill, the following day by email (with Repona’s best rebate)
Everyone who was in the booth and tried our mobile solution, got a chance of getting cinema tickets.

Support help-desk contract signed with Findus
Findus and Repona has signed a contract for Support of SAP.
Findus uses SAP for purchasing, sales and finance and Repona is responsible for support on the application side.
